RETURNS:
All exchanges or returns must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied in any way please contact us at lara@larabdesigns.com with your name, order number and reason for requested exchange or store credit. We will respond within 24 hours. Merchandise is accepted for exchange or store credit only, if returned in salable condition within 5 days of the delivery date. No refunds, store credit only, no exceptions. All merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and subject to our discretion. Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and fees. No refunds will be given on any ship charges.

Custom orders and SALE items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be given.

When shipping we suggest you insure your package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please provide tracking information in an email of return or exchange request to lara@larabdesigns.com. Please keep the shipping receipt for your records as only merchandise received will be processed. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email notification upon the receipt of your return; please provide your email within the package. The same return and exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return Lara B. Designs merchandise for an exchange or store credit.

Please allow 10-15 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please Note: We create and package ALL shipments with very high-quality standards. We would not ship anything we wouldn't want to receive ourselves. Leather is a natural product. Occasionally there are naturally occurring marks. These marks make the leather and our product unique and one of a kind. Leather will age with use - darken with use and exposure to the elements. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lara@larabdesigns.com and we will advise on the next steps.

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return excluding shipping charges. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a notification to the gift giver and he/she will be issued a credit.

Please note all handbags are hand-crafted by Lara B. Designs. In-stock merchandise will ship in 1-2 business days. Merchandise to be created will ship in 5-10 business days. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service(USPS) Priority mail or First Class Mail including tracking and insurance information which will be emailed to you once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note all handbags are hand-crafted by Lara B. Designs. In-stock merchandise will ship in 1-2 business days. Merchandise to be created will ship in 5-10 business days. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service(USPS). First Class Worldwide varies 2 weeks - 30 days, depending on the country. Tracking information is not available for international orders. Import taxes will vary from country to country. Taxes, fees and tariffs imposed by the buyer’s country are the buyers sole responsibility.

All handbags are hand-crafted by Lara B. Designs, therefore, slight variations to size or color are not considered defects or flaws, these are indicative of hand-crafted merchandise. Leather is a natural product with occasional natural markings. These markings make the leather unique and special. Leather ages with use and will darken with wear and change color with exposure to sun. Specialty leather cleaning is suggested.
